The afternoon of Wednesday, July 11 is exclusively dedicated to the exhibitors with ample opportunity to interact and network with our membership. Please note there are no concurrent sessions during this time.

Accommodations:

Rooms are available for meeting participants at the Inns & Spa at Mill Falls, which includes lodging at either Chase House, Bay Point and Mill Falls, for the negotiated lodging rate of $109.00 - $199.00 per night (single/double occupancy). If you require accommodations, please contact the hotel directly at (800) 622-6455 or via internet at www.millfalls.com. To ensure that you receive the negotiated rate, inform the hotel to book your room under "NASFM Annual Conference" or if your booking online, use group code "20MORV". ALL RESERVATIONS MUST BE MADE BY JUNE 1, 2012.
