• 1a. California Battery and Energy Storage Symposium In Person Attendee – $100.00
  Registration includes: All conference sessions, lunches, Exhibit Hall, and the Wednesday Night Event.
  
  No refunds after Aug. 1st, 2025.
• 1b California Battery and Energy Storage Symposium VITRTUAL ATTENDEE – $50.00
  This is for individuals who will attend the BESS events virtually.
  
  NOTE: A link for online attendance will be sent to attendees approximately 2 weeks prior to the start of the event.
• 2 BESS Exhibitor only – $700.00
  This includes one (1) 10' X 10' space (including 6' table, 2 chairs, and wastebasket) with two individuals for the exhibit hall.
  
  This covers only the BESS Event on the 20th.
  
  This year's exhibit hall will be open from Tuesday Aug 18th through Thursday Aug 20th.
  
  While registering, you MUST enter the booth attendees contact information in the guest section provided (up to the 2 allowed).
  
  Additional booth attendees above the 2 must pre-register under option 2c. Extra Exhibit Pass.
  
  NOTE: You MUST send in the signed BESS Exhibitor Agreement Form BEFORE you register. Booth cancellation and booth fees refund deadline is Aug 1, 2026. No booth related fees will be refunded after this date.
  
  NASFM will be using a 3rd party for exhibit setup, and this information will be sent to the registered party's email address at least 90 days prior to the show.
• 2a. Exhibitor Space - all events – $1,400.00
  This includes one (1) 10' X 10' space (including 6' table, 2 chairs, and wastebasket) with two individuals for the exhibit hall.
  
  This covers both the BESS event and the NASFM Symposium.
  
  This year's exhibit hall will be open from Tuesday Aug 18th through Thursday Aug 20th.

  This includes one (1) 10' X 10' space (including 6' table, 2 chairs, and wastebasket) with two individuals for the exhibit hall and reception. This also includes 2 Monday night event tickets, lunches Monday and Tuesday and attendance for Monday and Tuesday's general sessions for 2 people.
  
  This registration covers both the NASFM Symposium and the BESS event.
  
  While registering, you MUST enter the booth attendees contact information in the guest section provided here (up to the 2 allowed).
  
  Additional booth attendees above the 2 must pre-register under option 2c. Extra Exhibit Pass.

  This is for an additional exhibitor(s) at your exhibit space. Please note: Exhibitor spaces are priced to include two attendees.
  
  This covers both the BESS Event and the NASFM Symposium.
  
  NOTE: Exhibit cancellation and the exhibit fees refund deadline is Aug 1, 2026. No exhibit related fees will be refunded after this date.
• 3a. Sponsorship - Platinum Level – $11,500.00
  Please see the Sponsor Guide for more details of this sponsorship. Sponsor logos for inclusion on Sponsor Boards must be received by NASFM no later than 30 days prior to the event. NOTE: Board may be digital.
  
  If you are utilizing the Conference Registration which includes the additional Monday Night Dinner Event tickets, and keepsake item as part of your sponsorship benefits, YOU MUST email those names to admin@firemarshals.org no later than 21 days prior to the event.
• 3b. Sponsorship - Titanium Level – $8,000.00
  Please see the Sponsor Guide for more details of this sponsorship. Sponsor logos for inclusion on Sponsor Boards must be received by NASFM no later than 30 days prior to the event.

• 4e. Sponsorship - Daily/Coffee Break(s) – $3,500.00
  Conference breaks for one day will be announced as sponsored by company with appropriate signage prominently located near refreshments.
  
  Day of break will be set by order of registration and in consultation with NASFM staff.
  
  Sponsor logos for inclusion on signage must be received by NASFM no later than 60 days prior to the start of the event.
• 4f. Sponsorship - Lanyards – $1,600.00
  Your company will supply a minimum of 750 neck wallet style lanyard for the event.
  
  Style and artwork of lanyard to be determined in consultation with NASFM staff (neck wallet style). Upon registering, please contact admin@firemarshals.org for approval.
  
  Due to needed production time, registration for this item must be completed at least 60 days prior to the event.
  
  Lanyards are due on site no less than one week prior to the event.
• 4g. Sponsorship - Attendee Bags – $1,600.00
  Your organization will supply a minimum of 500 conference attendee bags, which will include the NASFM logo along with your company logo, to hold conference information and goodies. Bag and artwork must be approved by NASFM.
  
  Due to production time, registration for this item must be completed 60 days prior to the event.
  
  Bags will be made available to attendees for the exhibit hall.
  
  Bags are due on site, no later than 1 week prior to the event.
• 4h. Conference APP Sponsorship – $2,500.00
  Sponsor's logo will be prominently displayed on the conference app in multiple locations with verbiage confirming their sponsorship.
  
  Sponsor's logo will also be displayed as part of the scrolling break presentation.
  
  Due to required lead times, logo must be provided 60 days prior to the start of the event.
• 4i - Sponsorship Chair Drop Advertising – $1,000.00
  Company will supply 600 flyers which will be placed at attendee seating positions prior to the start of each day's events.
  
  Price is for one day of placement. Total available is three days.
  
  Flyers must be delivered to NASFM at a location to be designated, at least one week prior to the start of the event. Please contact admin@firemarshals.org to coordinate delivery.
• 4l. Sponsorship - Conference Stationary – $1,300.00
  This is to have the sponsors logo and the NASFM logo placed on custom branded stationary, pens, or other items to be provided to all attendees. NASFM and the sponsor will work together on the design. The sponsoring organization must provide 600 of the items designed.
  
  Due to production times, registration for this item must be completed 60 days prior to the event.
  
  Upon completion of the registration, you must email admin@firemarshals.org to arrange details.
• 5. Speaker
  Registration is for confirmed conference speakers only.
  
  Registration is for the day of the speakers presentation only and events occurring that day, including exhibit hall and/or Monday night Dinner.
  
  Registration Code, provided by NASFM, is required to complete form.
